Both advocates for the rainbow community, Lady GaGa and legendary Patti Labelle delighted the audience at the Boom Boom Room with an impromptu rendition of ‘Over The Rainbow’ earlier this week.
The private event, which was held in New York’s Standard Hotel immediately following the CFDA Awards, saw Labelle request the eccentric one’s presence on stage for a duet. 25 year old GaGa immediately obliged, joining the vocal powerhouse for what was a soaring rendition of the much loved classic.
An unlikely duo? Sure. A great performance? Damn right.

Lady Gaga had been wearing that outfit all day since that fashion awards show thing and she went right to this show afterwards, but she once again proved she’s not the typical Pop star because she was actually singing. If Patti LaBelle calls you on stage to sing with her, you get your ass up on that stage regardless of what your wearing and give your best vocals, but anyway, you can tell that Lady Gaga was very excited and humbled to be on stage with Patti LaBelle.

So, I got into an argument with Koreon Dream last night on ATRL over a quote Beyonce said about her new album.
Beyonce said,
